The current makeup and skincare classes & consultations are designed for beginners. They are ideal for anyone looking to start wearing makeup, elevate their current skillset, or someone looking to build a solid skincare regimen. You do not need any prior knowledge of beauty. These are Beauty 101 level classes.

All digital products and services sold are non-refundable, but transferrable. If for any reason you cannot attend a class, your purchase is transferrable. If you will not be able to attend your one-on-one consultation, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance. Consultations are transferable as well. Please refer to ou Retuns & Shipping Policy page at the bottom of the site.

Each beauty class or consultation is a different specified length of time. Please refer to the Classes tab and view each class offering for more information. If you are familiar with Keiko’s style of instruction…she will give until you have what you need!

Yes, every beauty class and consultation currently offered features a LIVE video format. Once you complete your purchase, you will be contacted for scheduling. Due to the nature of beauty consultations and classes, being on camera is beneficial as it is easier to follow along. If you prefer a makeup or skincare consultation via audio only, please be sure to mention during scheduling.

Masterclass seats are available on a first come, first served basis. Due to the nature of the class being hands-on learning, class size is limited. This is so all students have ample time and opportunity to learn and ask quesstons. New masterclasses will be available at the beginning of each month. Check back early for best availability!

YouTube videos only allow for so much instructing. As much as it would be wonderful to cater to individual needs, unfortunately it is not possible. And as Keiko pivots her brand away from long-form content, she cannot guarantee how long she’ll remain on YouTube. These classes & consultations allow one-on-one or group-style instruction and assistance to anyone who desires more. You are more than welcome to browse her video catalogue of over 1,400 videos on YouTube. There you will find wonderful, useful information as well.

Absolutely! Place your order as usual and when we contact you to schedule the consultation or 1:1, let us know the recipient’s name and email so they can set up their gifted services! If you are gifting a group masterclass, please order as usual and use the “Connect With Me” form at the bottom of the page to notify us of the order number and gifted recipient’s information so they may be contacted prior to the monthly group class.
